After leading my monthly support group I came Home and took my pup for a long walk. The sky was so so beautiful tonight. I heard on a podcast this week that one easy way to start practicing mindfulness and meditation is just to go find awe. Go be outside or struck by the beauty and awe that is around you...today I found my peace and groundedness for the day walking the love of my life (ears pictured at bottom of landscape) and being awestruck by the sky.
