The difference a month makes. Looking back at my first picture I took of myself to compare to now, it’s crazy how much I’ve changed. One month down, two more to go. I’ve decided to drop my calories another 100cals, so I’m sitting at 2,400 calories 6 days of the week. With one refeed day of 600 extra calories. It’s definitely a journey and one that I advise you all to make. Whatever your goals are, being active and conscience about your eating habits will change your life.
