Please welcome one our newest members to the BA Team/Family, BA Instructor @Sam_R97 ..... . . . . My name is Sam Rao, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I grew up struggling with physical fitness, strength, and lack of energy. As I grew older, I knew I needed to make a change. Like most people looking for a healthier lifestyle, I joined an average gym. The overall experience left me feeling underwhelmed and unmotivated. While talking about my disappointing experience with friends, I heard about Bad Ass Academy. After just one day at BA, I was immediately hooked. Working with a motivating group of people that inspired me to work hard, I immediately knew this was the environment for me. The fitness experience I had been seeking was here at Bad Ass. Through my commitment and with the expert guidance of the personal trainers at BA, I have achieved my goal of getting fit in mind, body, and soul. Every time I walk through the BA doors I am inspired to push and improve my personal best. Physical fitness doesn’t come easy, but with hard work, determination, and dedication, nothing is impossible. I regularly participate in Spartan races, where my endurance and skills are challenged. These physically challenging races, showcase both determination and hard work. Working through the pain and sweat, these races have positively impacted me so much personally. Crossing that finish line is the most satisfying feeling ever! So, if you guys ever needed a partner for a Spartan race, or any obstacle course race in general, I’m your guy! Working with people at every level of fitness to help them achieve and ultimately exceed their personal best is what I am completely committed to. I am very excited about getting this opportunity to share what changed my life with new and existing BAA members while adding my own dynamic approach to your personal program. I am determined, and extremely motivated in doing my all to make you look and feel your best. My commitment to my clients will encourage and empower each of you to be your personal best. I will forever be a student in fitness. This allows me to personally grow, so that I can better every one of my existing and potential clients.
