A maze of spires and canyons in Valle de la Luna, La Paz. Believe it or not, most of it is really soft as it formed out of clay and sandstone... feels like walking on the moon!

I used to be so insecure because I felt like I had a super masculine body. I was always taller and just a bigger build then all my friends.
I always remember in high school being so jealous of my short petite friends because I felt like they were “cute” and I was this big massive giant blob (I now know that’s so ridiculous). I know that I have quite a few young teenage girls that follow me so I want to just take a moment to say you’re so perfect. Trust me.
Stop comparing yourself to your friends. We all have our own unique things about us that are seriously epic.
AND the things that you currently don’t like about yourself, may just end up being your favourite things about you if you allow it to be.
I love that I’m a little taller than average, I love that I have a bigger build, I love that I have freckles, I love that I have brown eyes. These are all things about myself I used to HAAATE!! Yes, I even hated my eye colour because my friends all had dreamy blue eyes and my eyes were the colour of poo. Im not kidding. I used to cry over it.
I now feel like a strong powerful woman in my body. I also take very good care of myself and my health which is one of the biggest forms of self respect I think there is.
Just focus on how awesome you already are and SHOW yourself how much you appreciate your awesomeness by looking after yourself, eating good food, exercising and moving your body regularly, and focus on just feeling healthy.
Confidence is much sexier then walking around hating yourself. Trust me. I see photos of myself from when I was so insecure and let me just say, I MUCH prefer photos of me these days because I finally feel confident within myself. And I definitely never used to feel that.
So GO AND BE AWESOME SIS
