Malmö, what a beautiful city it is. I spent first week in a new city of a new country and although I worked a lot yet finally I got to go out and explore during the weekend.

I fell behind with my practice and felt really bad about it, but today I finally got to play on my hands and I loved it so much. I found some studios in my neighborhood and I'm pretty sure I'm going to check them all out. I've been broken financialy and it's been a huge set back continuing since quite a long time for me.

I've analyzed how my financial situation affects my mental state and realized that finances have huge impact on it. I see how it touches my self esteem, the way I communicate with people and overall emotional well-being. Thinking further I realize that it's ego who's suffering, not me myself. My ego doesn't like to be poor and it's been looking for ways to improve the situation. On the other hand I feel so much stronger mentally when I'm working to build something up, when I have a direction instead of drifting off track. Physical work is a great form of meditation, it gives you lots of time with yourself where you can sort your mess out.

I missed out on all the holidays, I simply sat home. I feel a bit disconnected from social media since I came here, but I'm slowly getting back on it.
