GOOD VIBRATIONS. . It's a rest day, so with just 2 days to go until I take on my record attempt to cycle the Welsh Three Peaks solo, I'm taking good care of my legs thanks to @pulseroll . Fallen in love with this roller - slammed the vibration up to 4 (out of 4) and just melting all the tension out of my hamstrings, calves and quads. Yeah I hear you, "gimmick", but honestly dont knock it until you've tried it...you wont go back to a normal one! You don't even need to roll, that's the beauty of it - you just find your hot spots and pulse over them letting the vibrations just work them through. . Only problem is, sit too long on it and I'm so relaxed I can barely get up again 😂😂😂.
