🤷🏽♀️"so what happens when I loose the weight? How do I keep it off?!" 🤷🏽♀️
Well thats a tricky question. What the body does best is ADAPT. This means that in everything it does, it's goal is to "get used to" the impact our actions have on the body. This is why its so hard to loose weight in the first place. Now, when you lose the weight, your body wants to go back to the weight it's used to holding up and functioning at. So in order to keep off the weight, it may take a little more effort to stay away from reverting back to the weight your body is instinctually surviving at.
Here are my top 3 tips for keeping off the weight once you reach your goals:
1️⃣stay hydrated and get enough sleep. This will help you not make foolish eating choices and will help you recover fast from your workouts
2️⃣change it up! Try a new fitness class or a new sport to challenge the body in a different way, so that the body doesn't adapt with your current routine! This will help you burn more calories and work muscles you never knew you had!
3️⃣take it easy. Don't stress to much about what you're eating. Have a treat here and there and enjoy life! Just know when to dial it back and consistently eating healthy whole foods 😌
Basically a whole lot of what you were doing when you were losing the weight! Stay consistent and stay happy 🤗

Pasti kalian udah paham banget bahwa oat merupakan karbohidrat kompleks yang kaya manfaat. Apalagi oat utuh, indeks glikemiknya rendah juga kandungan fibernya lebih tinggi dan bisa membantu menurunkan kadar kolesterol.

Nie musisz chodzić na siłownię możesz ćwiczy w domu. Jak tak zrobiłam. Wystarczyło mi że miałam kawałek podłogi, mate, laptopa, treningi od @chodakowskaewa i dietę od @dietabebio i mój wyniki to stracone 33 kg. Może i to jest jakiś nie wiadomo jakiś wyczyn te kg, ale Ja jestem szczęśliwa że tyle udało mi się rzucić 😊. 🤷🏽♀️"so what happens when I loose the weight? How do I keep it off?!" 🤷🏽♀️ Well thats a tricky question. What the body does best is ADAPT. This means that in everything it does, it's goal is to "get used to" the impact our actions have on the body. This is why its so hard to loose weight in the first place. Now, when you lose the weight, your body wants to go back to the weight it's used to holding up and functioning at. So in order to keep off the weight, it may take a little more effort to stay away from reverting back to the weight your body is instinctually surviving at. Here are my top 3 tips for keeping off the weight once you reach your goals: 1️⃣stay hydrated and get enough sleep. This will help you not make foolish eating choices and will help you recover fast from your workouts 2️⃣change it up! Try a new fitness class or a new sport to challenge the body in a different way, so that the body doesn't adapt with your current routine! This will help you burn more calories and work muscles you never knew you had! 3️⃣take it easy. Don't stress to much about what you're eating. Have a treat here and there and enjoy life! Just know when to dial it back and consistently eating healthy whole foods 😌 Basically a whole lot of what you were doing when you were losing the weight!
